These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hakol Timer website (the "Site") and the Hakol Timer software application (the "App"), provided by Hakol Sound ("we", "us"). By creating an account, downloading, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the App.
The App is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App or the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
To download the App you create an account with your name, company and email address. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App. You may not sell, rent, or redistribute the App as your own, reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All intellectual property in the App and the Site remains ours or our licensors'.
The App and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, or that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the App at your own risk. This matters especially for live events: you are responsible for testing the App in your setup before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for disruption to any event or production, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App or the Site — even if we were advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, which for a free product is zero.
NDI® is a registered trademark of Vizrt NDI AB. Bitfocus Companion is a product of Bitfocus AS. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies; their marks are used only to describe compatibility.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
